Our 10-level (8 weeks per level) English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program is designed to give students from all over the world the skills they need for their post-secondary education. But that’s not all! EAP students also have lots of opportunities to use their English outside the classroom: learning new things about life in Canada, participating in games and events, going on fieldtrips, and doing volunteer work in the community. Our excellent professors and staff want to make sure you have the best experience possible adjusting to a new language, a new culture, and a new educational system. If students are planning to study at Western University or at Fanshawe or most other Ontario colleges, successful completion of EAP meets the language requirements for admission without any other testing required.
