This academic English and study skills certificate program is designed for students whose first language is not English. A student's entry level into one of the program's four levels is determined by a department test of an internationally recognized English language test score. Semester start dates are in September, January, and May, with mid-semester intake for international students. Upon successful program completion, students may pursue further college and university programs. *Students on an international study permit should enroll in English for Academic Studies (EAS).
